Each year, the Nevada County Grand Jury studies the different government agencies operating within our County, and issues reports. The Grand Jury can require some of these agencies to respond to that report within a specified period of time. These Grand Jury Report Responses have been approved by the Board of Supervisors and submitted to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court and the Grand Jury.

Report responses from other agencies and elected officials are posted on this site if we are requested to do so by them.
