The County Counsel: - Reviews all contracts and legal documents concerning the County and its operations.
- Represents County officers and department heads in the performance of their duties for the County and handles litigation for the County departments.
- Reviews County resolutions, ordinances and agreements before presentation to the Board of Supervisors for action.
