This Interactive GIS Parcel Search website uses several techniques and technologies that must be supported by your browser software for you to view this site. "Cookies" are used to track information about your browser resolution and must be enabled in your browser. In addition, JavaScript is used extensively to perform calculations and must also be supported by your browser for you to use this site. If you cannot access this site, please see your browser's Help system to determine if and how to enable or support these requirements. If your browser software is Internet Explorer but is older than version 4.0, you will not be able to use this site since older versions do not support some of the technologies used here.
This site has been designed to enable the most number of people to use it upon its initial release. Therefore,
this release was designed for users with Internet Explorer 4.0 and newer and a monitor resolution of 800x600 or finer (for example 1024x768). If your monitor has a resolution that is coarser than 800x600 pixels (640x480 for example), you will not be able to view this site at this time. In addition, if you have a Macintosh computer, you will not be able to use this site at this time. The functionality presented with this interactive GIS website is currently available to the public at the GIS Kiosk in the lobby of the Eric Rood County Administrative Center.
Detailed map images are large compared to other types of data sent across the Internet. Since the image files are larger than a typical webpage, it takes more time to load them. Map loading time will depend on the speed of your connection. For those with cable or DSL connections, the map loading time should be on the order of seconds depending on the complexity of the image being downloaded. For those with modem connections of 28.8 or 56.6, the loading time can be from seconds to minutes depending on the image. Please be patient if you have a modem connection.
If you have any comments or suggestions, or if you experience problems with the Interactive GIS website, please
