This six components that comprise the Mental Health Services Act.


Capital Facilities & Technology(CF&IT) Buildings used to deliver services and technological projects to improve data processing and communication.

Community Services and Supports(CSS) CSS comprehensive services for individuals with serious emotional disturbance or serve mental illness.

Housing The development of permanent housing and supportive services programs for those with mental illnesses.

Innovative Programs Innovation are practices that contribute to learning that are developed within communities.

Prevention & Early Intervention(PEI) Programs & services to prevent or improve mental health problems.

Workforce Education & Training(WET) Training and education for those involved with the Mental Health Systems.
