Many of the Community Development Agency's older records are archived and require research to provide them to our customers.
Your request will be processed in accordance with the California Public Records Act and Nevada County Resolution. You will be contacted by telephone when your records are ready to be picked up. At that time, you will be charged for duplicating costs.
Our staff will contact you if there is a problem with your request, or if there are no records.
NOTE: The CDA staff provides diligent research of active and archived files to assist you. The results are submitted in good faith; however, the Agency can make no representation as to their completeness and accuracy.
