"The Zoning Administrator shall have jurisdiction over and shall consider all site plan approvals, certain use permit applications, as designated by the Zoning Ordinance, area variance applications, certificates of compliance, and environmental review concerning all projects and permits within his/her jurisdiction." (Ordinance #1418, 1/5/87).

Meetings of the Zoning Administrator are open to the public. You can browse and download the Agendas and Calendar for these meetings, including the times and locations.

CDA is open to the public Monday through Friday (excluding County Holidays), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM including the lunch hour.

Permits are not accepted for processing after 4:00 PM.

CDA accepts cash, checks, cashier's checks and credit cards.
