The cornerstone of our program is that we want to work with people in a cooperative manner to assist them with compliance with the Code, Regulations and Laws that we are charged with enforcing.

The "Enforcement Process" of citations, fines, and infractions is only necessary if we can't agree on the need and timing of compliance. We really do want to work with you, but if you choose not to work with us it will be necessary to use the enforcement tools.
