The Adult Division is responsible for supervising adult probationers for the Superior and Municipal Courts and preparing pre-sentence investigations, pre-plea reports, and diversion reports. This unit tests selected probationers and searches the defendant's residences to determine criminality and detection of violations of court conditions. This Division also supervises the Work Release Program.
