The Grantor-Grantee Index of Recorded Documents dates back to 1987. The Index of Recorded Documents prior to 1987 is available on microfilm in the Recorder’s Office. After you have reviewed these instructions, click the link at the top or bottom of this page. On the page that appears, RECORDED DOCUMENT SEARCH MENU, the following types of searches can be performed: SEARCH RECORDED DOCUMENTS by - NAME of a person or business
- DOCUMENT NUMBER
- DOCUMENT TYPE AND DATE
- DATE, and checking the small box indicating "Display All Documents for a Date"
SEARCH FICTITIOUS BUSINESS DOCUMENTS by - NAME of a business
- NAME of business owner
