The inmates in the facility have a wide range of services available to them. Inmates receive regular haircuts and have access to collect call-only telephones in their dayrooms. If a family member or victim wishes not to receive telephone calls from an inmate, those calls can be blocked. The Wayne Brown Correctional Facility provides various programs and opportunities for the inmates such as:

- Recycling Team "Full Circle" Demonstration Garden

- Weekend Custody
- Work Release
- Home Detention
